Kesgrave Community Centre will be the home of a new defibrillator for use in emergencies, after funding was secured for the lifesaving equipment.

District councillor and trustee for the centre Stuart Lawson used part of his community enabling budget to fund the piece of equipment, with regular venue hirer Tony Williams, who provides first aid courses, offering training. So far the centre’s staff and some of its regular clients who hire space have been trained. Mr Lawson said:…
